Shipping Policy

ACROVA ships only to destinations that are available during checkout. If a destination cannot be selected at checkout, we are not currently able to accept an order for that destination.
Germany
Standard shipping to Germany is currently free. The shipping option shown at checkout is the final shipping charge for that order unless otherwise stated.
Processing & delivery
Orders are prepared for fulfillment after payment is confirmed. Delivery timing can vary depending on the fulfillment route, destination, carrier capacity, customs processing, and seasonal volume. Where an estimated delivery window or tracking information is available, it will be shown or sent to you.
Tracking
When tracking is provided by the carrier or fulfillment partner, we will make it available to you after shipment.
International fulfillment
Some ACROVA orders may be fulfilled by logistics partners outside the destination country. Import taxes, VAT, duties, or carrier fees may apply depending on the destination and how the order is processed. Any charges collected by ACROVA will be shown during checkout; additional charges imposed directly by local authorities or carriers may remain the customer's responsibility unless applicable law provides otherwise.
Address accuracy
Please check your delivery address carefully before placing an order. If you notice an error, email hello@shopacrova.com immediately. We cannot guarantee address changes after fulfillment has started.
Lost, damaged, or delayed parcels
If your parcel appears lost, arrives damaged, or has a significant delivery issue, contact hello@shopacrova.com with your order number so we can investigate it with the carrier or fulfillment partner.
